What physical signs may be present?
- The following signs may be present:
- Hyperinflated chest.
- Wheeze or quiet breath sounds.
- Pursed lip breathing.
- Use of accessory muscles.
- Peripheral oedema.
- Cyanosis.
- Raised jugular venous pressure.
- Cachexia.
