  • Scenario: Suspected heart failure: covers when to suspect heart failure, and the management of people with suspected chronic heart failure while they are waiting for specialist assessment and confirmation of the diagnosis.
  • Scenario: Left ventricular systolic dysfunction: covers the management of people with heart failure and left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
  • Scenario: Preserved ejection fraction: covers the management of people with heart failure symptoms and normal left ventricular ejection fraction.
  • Scenario: End-stage chronic heart failure: covers the management of people with end-stage heart failure, including anticipatory planning, symptom management, and management of the terminal phase.
