What type of rabies vaccine is available?
- There are currently two rabies vaccines available in the United Kingdom, both are inactivated:
- Rabies Vaccine BP
- Rabipur®
- A human rabies immunoglobulin (HRIG) is also available for post-exposure treatment, as an adjuvant to vaccination.
