Can NSAIDs be used during breastfeeding?
- Paracetamol is the drug of choice during breastfeeding.
- If a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug is clinically indicated:
- Ibuprofen is the preferred NSAID.
- Use the lowest effective dose, for the shortest time possible.
