Levomepromazine (at end of life)

Age from 16 years onwards
Levomepromazine sc inj: 6.25mg repeat after 1 hour if needed
Levomepromazine 25mg/1ml solution for injection ampoules
FOR SUBCUTANEOUS INJECTION. Give 0.25ml (6.25mg), repeat after 1 hour if needed.
Supply 1 1ml ampoule.

Patient information: If a repeat dose is required, start continuous subcutaneous infusion.
Levomepromazine subcutaneous infusion: give 12.5-25mg over 24 hours
Levomepromazine 25mg/1ml solution for injection ampoules
FOR CONTINUOUS SUBCUTANEOUS INFUSION. Give 0.5ml (12.5mg) to 1ml (25mg) over 24 hours via a syringe driver.
Supply 3 1ml ampoules.
