Goals
- To recognize suspected rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
- To make an accurate assessment of someone with RA
- To refer all people with suspected RA to a specialist for diagnosis, treatment, and follow up
- To give appropriate treatment for a flare of RA in primary care
- To provide appropriate advice and support to people with RA
